Polyamide commonly known as Nylon, the English name Polyamide (PA for short), density is 1.15g/cm3, is a general term for thermoplastic resins containing repeated amide groups on the molecular main chain – [NHCO] -.
Nylon is commonly divided into three grades: nylon 6, nylon 66, nylon 612.
They have the following characteristics: 1. high flexibility, excellent elastic memory, bending recovery, working ability first-class; 2. Excellent resistance to chemical reaction, anti-fouling, excellent wear resistance; 3.Can work at high temperatures, resist high temperature disinfection; 4.low water absorption; 5.No surface flaking.
Among them, nylon 612 is a relatively high quality nylon filament, which has low water absorption, recovery and wear resistance than nylon 66. In addition, nylon 612 has the characteristics of anti-mildew and antibacterial, and the brush wheel and brush strip made of it are often used in food, medical treatment, electronics related industries; At the same time nylon has anti-static nylon, flame retardant nylon.
Nylon brush wire is widely used for its good elasticity and softness. Among them, PA610, PA6 and PA66 Nylon brush filament have excellent wear resistance and resilience, while resistant to high temperature and acid and alkali, which is ideal for industrial brush parts used in dust removal and cleaning, such as vacuum cleaner brush strips, brush rollers for road cleaners, etc. The brush filament of PA612 and PA1010 has better resilience, but the cost is relatively high and the wear resistance is slightly lower, so it is more suitable for the brush strip used for cleaning industrial equipment and the dustproof brush at the bottom of doors and Windows.
